Kids' Silent Down Parka— by Patagonia

Say hello to this ultimate star during the cold months: The Kids' Silent Down Parka made by Patagonia!

Expanding their assortment, Patagonia launched one of the softest down parkas they have ever made, now available for kids. Designed with comfort and warmth in mind to be the ultimate parka you need when cold weather hits!

In this piece, they combine a stretchy 100% polyester (70% recycled) shell with a 700-fill-power 100% recycled duck and goose down insulation— consciousness and warmth in one!

To not only fight the cold but also the wind, Patagonia designed a full-length center-front covered placket that is secured with metal snaps and to ensure mobility, there is a one-way zipper that stops mid-thigh. Also, the parka reaches until below the knees and has a slightly longer back.

The high collar is insulated and very comfortable. Comfort is also guaranteed by the handwarmer pockets that are lined with soft micro brushed jersey and secured with a snap.

For sustainability, Patagonia only used recycled down and polyester. The parka is PFC-free and Fair Trade Certified™ which means that it was manufactured and sewn under humane conditions in LA, Vietnam and Japan.

This beautiful it-piece is available in petrol or black.

Patagonia — a world famous brand that everyone knows. Not only do they produce high-quality, beautiful and active wear. They also committed themselves to use their influence to fight global issues we face today. From taxing themselves 1% of their profit and giving it to the planet to funding activist groups, they are taking sustainable action to make the world a better place.

But they do not only use the money they make, they also live up to their sustainability and morality standards when it comes to the production and consumption of their clothing. They commit themselves to not wasting resources like water and fabric. They promote second-hand shopping and responsible consumption. And they openly show and promote their social responsibility plans and current figures when it comes to the impact of their products.

Obviously, this philosophy matches ours very well and as they also offer responsible, adorable and long-lasting baby and kids products, we figured it is a perfect match!
