Girls' Insulated Isthmus Parka— by Patagonia

Give a warm welcome to this all-time classic: The Girls' Insulated Isthmus Parka made by Patagonia!

Suitable for unforeseen weather conditions, this casual hooded parka has a water-resistant shell made of 100% recycled nylon with a PU coating and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. For extra protection, it has a tall three-panel hood that always guarantees a secure fit and keeps the neck warm!

The ¼"-pile fleece lining in the hood and torso and 80-g Thermogreen™ 100% recycled polyester insulation in the sleeves provide warmth. The cool piece includes a full-length zipper with an internal chin guard and an external snap-closure storm flap.

Making sure your kid can also sit down in these cold temperatures, Patagonia integrated a notched drop-tail hem for extra coverage. The dual-access handwarmer pockets provide snap flaps and a side-entry. The chest pocket has a cute zipper.

For sustainability, only recycled polyester and nylon were used. Patagonia also integrates polyurethane, a more eco-friendly material for water-repellence. The parka is PFC-free and Fair Trade Certified™ which means that it was manufactured and sewn under humane conditions in Vietnam and Taiwan.

The parka is available in green or blue.

Patagonia — a world famous brand that everyone knows. Not only do they produce high-quality, beautiful and active wear. They also committed themselves to use their influence to fight global issues we face today. From taxing themselves 1% of their profit and giving it to the planet to funding activist groups, they are taking sustainable action to make the world a better place.

But they do not only use the money they make, they also live up to their sustainability and morality standards when it comes to the production and consumption of their clothing. They commit themselves to not wasting resources like water and fabric. They promote second-hand shopping and responsible consumption. And they openly show and promote their social responsibility plans and current figures when it comes to the impact of their products.

Obviously, this philosophy matches ours very well and as they also offer responsible, adorable and long-lasting baby and kids products, we figured it is a perfect match!
