Instructions for use for safe heating:
– Microwave 800W: 45 to 60 seconds with a small glass of water on the side BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING THE PAD FROM THE OVEN/MICROWAVE.
– Traditional oven at 100°C for a maximum of 5 minutes.
Distribute the heat and check the temperature well before use.
Do not wash the pad containing the chickpeas.
